There are many small groups through out the United
States, and Canada who through their own extraordinary
efforts, very little funding, and less publicity, perform
outstanding feats of kindness, and humanity, in the
area of animal care and rescue, on a daily basis. It
is these groups who need our help the most. The vast
majority of them have the manpower, and the will and
determination to carry on in an efficient manner, but
they just don’t have enough access to that most
precious commodity that allows them to continue their
labours of love: FUNDING.
Therefore, the Missy Foundation will
seek out and find those private, non-profit, no-kill
organizations who are performing an outstanding job
in achieving their goals of making a difference in the
lives and care of our companion friends.
We will, through grants, assist in
the funding of these groups, to help them realize their
dreams and goals for our precious companion friends.
